Sinus problems are often difficult to diagnose. Many patients have had symptoms for years, have been evaluated numerous times, and have been on multiple medicines but are still bothered regularly by their ongoing symptoms. Dr. Menachof was a member of the original group of ENT physicians whose residency focused on the endoscopic evaluation and treatment of sinus and nasal disease. This training has helped him provide relief in the form of successful sinus treatment to tens of thousands of chronic sinusitis sufferers.

Dr. Menachof’s expertise in the treatment of sinusitis includes state-of-the-art medical treatments. He uses minimally invasive surgical techniques and rarely uses postoperative packing, allowing his patients to recover much more quickly than they would otherwise. Additionally, he suggests many of his patients with sinus issues have allergy testing for a regional panel of environment inhalant allergens performed in-office by one of his nurses. Allergy treatment with either allergy shots or Allergy Drops (immunotherapy) has greatly helped a huge number of his patients become symptom-free. Dr. Menachof has also been very successful treating patients who suffer from chronic headaches, many of whom have been evaluated and treated unsuccessfully in the years prior to seeing him.
